Called BVP&H because the heater would not come on. Andy came to the house and checked the unit then the thermostat. A wire on the thermostat had come off the lever that controls the temperature setting. He replaced the thermostat with a new digital version and mounted it where it would not receive direct heat from a nearby lamp or fireplace. Great technician with an excellent attitude, personable and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Andy and his knowledge /ability to work on our heater.

We had a real problem with a leak in our propane line that the propane company could not fix. I called Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating, Andy came out in about an hour. He did a lot of work, explained everything to me, and made sure everything worked before he left. I really appreciate having someone I can trust!!
