Brian J. Was very informative with my options for water heater. He was friendly also while continuing to stay busy getting it done same day as estimate.

Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating are THE BEST! I called and received service right away!! Brian S. and Chuck H. repaired things perfectly! They were also able to install my new gas stove (which wasn't in my initial service request!) They put on shoe covers before entering my home and were extremely professional. This company does a great job. I couldn't light my heater pilot and neither could the representative from Ferrellgas. It was cold and snowing. Both Rose and Brian were wonderful. She got me an appointment same day, and they sent out the perfect person. My cabin is hard to get to in the snow, but Brian pulled it off and was able to light the pilot. I am so grateful for their effort and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with heating or plumbing needs. I know that this is the only company I will ever call going forward.

Courteous, efficient, and a fair price.

Andy came out to my home in Sugarloaf as I had no gas to any of my appliances. He discovered that my Earthquake Valve needed to be reset due to a recent 3.9 Earthquake in Big Bear City. He reset the Earthquake Valve and relit my water heater. He also did an inspection of my furnace and recommended a full service cleaning and calibration the unit. The unit had not been serviced since install and I appreciated his recommendation and told him that I wanted it to be done. Andy was extremely courteous and professional and I was glad that he was the one that came out to do the job. This was the first time that I had used this company and am glad I called. He is an asset to the company and I will now always call Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating for my future needs

Andy T is great...he diagnosed and fixed my leaky gas line on the water heater and had me back in hot water (a good thing) in no time! This is the second time I've had Bear Valley Plumbing & Heating out for two different projects and they have been great both times!
