Carlos was professional and courteous, explaining the water heater problem, then fixing it. We have been impressed with the high qualityof staff, the customer service, with the emphasis on offering help as soon as possible. Plumbing problems often are unexpected and the staff understand this and go sthe extra mile to give good service.

Tony C. was professional and courteous, and repaired a leak in my water heater that another bay area company had missed. The work was done neatly and in a reasonable amount of time. Charges were comparable to the 1st company, but this time the problem was found and repaired!

We had Albert Nahman Plumbing install our tankless water heater a year ago. Tony C. was courteous and explained what the one yr maintenance check entailed. He explained some of the other services they provide .

Recently, I had to replace a malfunctioning tankless water heater. Gabriel came out and examined our house and needs and provided excellent recommendations. Fernando and Enrique installed the new water heater and had thoughtful, smart ideas that enhanced the installation -- they were so professional and a pleasure to have working in my home. Chris came out and help with an additional improvement. Chris is the best plumber repair person I have ever worked with (he helped with the old tankless when problems arose). Overall, a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

From our initial call through our appointment, we are extremely satisfied with our experience with Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating. Their scheduler was willing to listen to our problem and help us by squeezing us into their busy schedule. Wilber, our technician, showed up promptly at the start of our three hour window, respectfully wore shoe covers so as not to damage or dirty our floors, and got down to business unclogging our pipes. He was successful and explained the situation. We'll call again when we need help (which hopefully won't be too soon :-) ). Thanks again!

Wilbur from Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating came to our home this evening and snaked our kitchen drain pipe which had been accumulating crud for about a century. Wilbur was fast, courteous and friendly with our 3 year old son. I would definitely call these guys again for future plumbing problems!

Wilbur is THE BEST PLUMBER to unclog 50 years worth of you-know-what! He used no measly 30-ft snake but had a big-guns 100 footer (!) which was much needed to reach ALL (yes, ALL 3 toilets+2 showers+2 tubs) clogged pipes & 90-degree elbows under the house. His expertise, perseverance, & strength (indispensable for PUSHING the snake all the way through) are commendable! Another thankful PLUS is he came during the NIGHT! We were GRATEFUL to have IMMEDIATE use of the bathrooms! THANK YOU, WILBUR!

Wilber came out to handle a plumbing emergency on a sunday - he arrived on time, was professional, fast and neat, and took care of the problem right away. It was very reassuring to have his expertise!

Otis W. was efficient and thorough in his diagnosis of the problem we were facing with our current toilet, and recommending and replacing it with a new toilet, all within about 2 hours. He explained a lot about the mechanics of plumbing, and also made some appreciated recommendations for us to consider when we replace our existing bathroom sink faucet fixture. My only regret is that the new toilet blocks an existing electrical outlet that will need to be professionally relocated by an electrician if we decide we need it. It's not a huge problem, but it would have been helpful to have anticipated this problem before sealing the placement of the new toilet. There might have been a way to adjust the placement of the toilet if this problem had been recognized in advance. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the service, and would welcome Otis back on future service calls.
