This has to be one of the most unprofessional businesses/daycares Ive ever stepped foot into. The director is never there, if she is there she's only there for a little while and she's hold up in the office on her cell phone. The staff screams and yells and curses each other in front of the children and even parents/and therapists who are there doing therapy for children. A couple of the staff scream in the children's faces and a the kitchen lady will yank your children by there arm and threaten to spank your child. The male owner is always allowing children to sit in his lap and hang all over them and while I wouldn't say he would cross a line as a parent walking into seeing that it DOES NOT look good at all and makes people uncomfortable! They also have an air conditioner that does Not work 90% of the time but they don't care that it's too hot for the kids, the field trip bus also has no ac and breaks down while on field trips often.I highly recommend you look into another daycare, childrens academy may be conveniently located but it's awful for your children. I gave it one start bc it makes you otherwise I'd be 0.

I love having my children at benbrook childrens academy. My babies enjoy coming to daycare and i can 100% feel the love from the entire staff everyday when we walk thru the doors. My children learn so much, do projects they enjoy and are in an environment that is safe and meets our needs. I definantly recommend BenbrookChildrens Academy to everybody with little ones.

Highly recommended with their caring enviroment and welcoming faces. They really care and my children have excelled so fast in just the few months that they have been there...I couldnt have them in a better place.
