Our groomer relocated so we took our pets to Monica's. We take then in at 9:30 am and they are there all day! Our last time with this groomer was today when we took then in at 9:30 am and could not pick then up until 9:00 pm. The grooming job was horrible! The last time we took them, one of her friends groomed our pets!!! Never again! Our pets are our beloved animals and we will be searching for another groomer who doesn't scalp our pets and exudes professionalism!

We have taken several of our dogs to Monicas. We've always gotten them back as promised. She is great with them and they smell SO good when they come home. Her prices are reasonable and the dogs just love her.

first couple of times was ok the last was terrible. She had one of her workers do it and the dog looked awful. took all day to get a small dog done that is crazy

I will NEVER go back. Rough with my dogs. Only one grooming license posted. The groomer was in the parking lot socializing while people I did not know groomed my dogs. one

of my dogs came out with a dirtier face than they went in. They had been the first ones in for grooming and they rushed to get them done, t.hey were the last ones of the day. My female has been stressed since that visit
