Laid back doctor, stress free visit because she took her time, listened to me, was able to allay any fears I had about switching providers for my sons and I. She was relatable and easy going and knowledgeable about all the things that I am dealing with. I can confidently say I've found my new permanent primary care provider.

Visit was good but 5 days, no result on x-rays. I called twice and was promised call back. Still have not heard except text on 5th day saying I could go to portal and get results. I am 80 and cannot navigate computers as young do so I have to hope I can get someone to come and help me. Lousey system and care for us older folks

Magdalena was very engaged, listened to all my concerns, and gave helpful advice. She was especially helpful to me in understanding the implications of my newer diabetes diagnosis. All my questions were answered and I received follow up today on my test results with clear instructions on what to do. The only thing I did not receive was details on which specific food allergies I have.

Dr. Chavez has a great bedside manner, willing to take all the time needed to get to the root of a problem and so easy to understand and communicate with. She follows up and always does what she says she is going to do so no need to try to track her down. I highly recommend her for your primary care physician.
