I really don't have anything nice to say about this child care provider except the building is appealing to the eye. My child was almost a year old when she first began here. It only took a couple months for me to pull them out. They do not take biting as a "major" issue. I was sent back and forth to find find out what was the cause of the issue. The response was "I just got here." from 3 caregivers and it took 2 calls the next day to get a answer from the head lady. The story was very unsettling. (my child got bit 3xs in one week) & as I was complaining another parent stopped me outside to say the same. I have many bad reports for them all in all of other issues. I would def. not recommend them to any parent who does not want the stress of thinking their child is not being taken care of in a good, educational, & safe manner.
