If I could select a 0 I would!! Crappy!! They r unfair and mean to the children! Trust and believe me I used to work there! I DO NOT suggest taking your kid there

I have not had any problems with this daycare since my child started in September of 2010. Actually they have been one of the best that I have ever encountered. I am always able to get an answer to any questions I have. Now what I have had a problem with is the parents. They seem to think the rules don't apply to them so it makes it harder on the other parents who are following the rules. They a rude and very disrespectful especially in the parking lot when you are trying to get in and drop off or pick up your child there is no consideration of others. So before you criticize you might want to look in the mirror. This facility is always clean and I have never seen a child being mistreated. The operator is always available and courteous and if you don't like something she takes the time to talk with you about it. What more can you ask for in a daycare. So this is something you may want to see for yourself. Not all daycares are for everyone but don't just trash the place.

I do not know what that person is talking about!!! my child has been goin to Bullfrogs and Butterflies for years now and it is the BEST daycare!!! They are very flexable with me and my schedual and treat my child like one of their own. Yes, they call when my child is sick as well and i am grateful that they do and if my child is sick they can call me asmany times as needed and i do not mind leaving work for my child, its part of being a good mother.

I hate writing ANYTHING bad about ANYTHING or ANYONE, but this daycare is terrible, at least to me. The past 3 weeks have been a nightmare as they have called me to get my child once every week bc he was "sick". The first time, they said that my kid had diarrhea and was pooping up his back, with a fever. We took him straight to the dr, and his temp was 97.8, with no diarrhea afterwards.... then, the second time, the same two minute fever syndrome, no fever after pickup. Today, he had "chickenpox" which turns out, is his eczema which I've told them about. This isn't mentioning 2 months ago when they called me while working saying he had measles. the dr laughed bc it was his eczema, only on his legs, when measles spread everywhere. ive almost lost my job due to all the "calling in". Dont place your child here if you wish to keep your job. Im all for getting my child when he's sick, but it seems when he fights nap time, they bring out their "magic thermometer".
