Trevor Roginson was tremendous. This was the best buying experience I have had in over 30 years of buying cars.

Had an excellent experience buying a new Hyundai Santa Fe through Trevor Roginson. This after having a truly awful experience at Hyundai of Greeley. He we straight up and honest and didn't try to up-sell or add any such b.s. clear coat charges. They gave us a more competitive finance interest rate than our bank, more than a full percent lower than greeley. Love the Santa Fe so far. Trevor also sells Subarus and Kias. Can't recommend working with him enough.

He never lead me the wrong direction or give me any false information whether he might lose the sale or not. He went out and washed the car himself due to the other guys being backed up. Marvis was a great person to work with at Shortline Subaru. He really made buying my first car easier. I do not have any experience in buying cars and he was very supportive and helpful in answering my questions and really making it about me. The entire process was smooth and quick. They were able to work with me in finding a reasonable cost and payments for the new subaru legacy and I was out and driving my first brand new car sooner than I knew it!

Overall the experience was as good as it could be. Our salesperson Trevor was impeccable, ask for him it's worth it. He went above and beyond to to get us exactly what we needed in terms of price and payment. Everyone at shortline was nice, helpful and not overly aggressive, which will make me turn around and walk out the door as soon as I feel hassled. Great inventory and great prices. Really went out of his way to assist me & got me a great deal on a new 2011 Subaru Forester. I bought my 2010 Forester at this location as well & had an excellent customer service experience then too.
