Homemade stocks are the foundation of the soups and sauces, dressings are the culinary creation of the chef and because no meal is complete without a memorable dessert, Posana Cafe has dedicated in house Pastry department preparing everything from their exquisite desserts to the naturally flavored syrups used in their cocktails, espresso drinks and Italian Sodas. Posana Cafe, located in the heart of downtown Asheville, across from the Diana Wortham theater, offers breakfast, lunch , dinner & weekend brunch beginning at 9am daily. You many choose to dine on the spacious patio, or looking out onto Historic Pack Square from the dining room, lounge or bar. Posana is also home to the Adler Gallery which features several exhibitionsthroughout the year with a focus on showcasing the work of artists who share a connection with Asheville and the surrounding area. The Adler Gallery is a beautiful downtown venue and is used regularly for private dining functions, meetings and banquets. The Adler Gallery at Posana Cafe can accommodate 55 guests for a seated dinner and 75 for a cocktail or speaking event. The Gallery is equipped with a 119" screen, Hi-Definition video, surround sound and free Wi-Fi. For larger events, Posana Cafe also offers the possibility of exclusive use of the restaurant. Here they can accommodate up to 110 guests and provide the full attention of their staff. If you have your own location in mind, members of Posana's kitchen and dining staff will bring the same elements they use in the restaurant to create a memorable event for you and your guests.
