Modern Mechanical did an outstanding job on our laundry room/basement renovation. Both Paul and Brett's work was excellent--including a very artistic job rerouting a laundry chute from an upper floor---and they worked all day to relocate the heat pump in heavy snow without complaint. Abel provided great advice and communication. Highly recommended!

We are sold on Joey U.! He is the best and most professional service tech we have ever had work on our heating/ac unit! He diagnosed our leaking humidifier, created and executed a phenomenal solution. He kept us informed all the way, even detecting additional problems with clogged pipes and mold that we were unaware of, even after former servicing. This gentleman went above and beyond to make our system purr. He suggested an ultra-violet light to prevent further mold problems in the humidifier. We absolutely agreed to this action. He took the time to bring us up to speed on the condition of our system, showed us the extreme clogging in our PCP pipes and replaced everything that needed to be done. He is a true professional with a wonderful work ethic. We trust him explicitly and even ordered a new hot water tank! Technicians like Joey U. are rare. We will always request him when our service is due or we have any problems!

Scott was great! He was timely and friendly, and addressed all of our questions thoroughly and professionally. He even spent some time looking at a problem with my gas fireplace, even though that is not what he came to my home to service.

I had to replace two different hac units in my home. I vetted out three different contractors. I heard of MM by word of mouth and they lived up to everything I was told. Everybody I talked to their was highly professional and had extensive industry experience. Each one listened to me, that is something you don' often get in the HVAC industry. The install of my upstairs unit had to go into the attic of my home which was built in 1942. To say the least there was hardly any crawl space but they made this work and without having to cut into the dry wall of my adjacent room (built on to the house in 2004). I am very happy with the whole MM organization and would recommend them to anybody I know that would need HVAC service. I personally want to thank Abel for all he did to coordinate one of the most difficult installs he'll probably face.

Joey did a great job of fixing our air conditioning fan during a hot spell. He was patient and helpful, did a great job of explaining what was wrong and cleaning what should have been cleaned before!

Joey Urban was our technician performing a normal maintenance on our HVAC that was installed last Nov. He was pleasant, courteous, and very knowledgable. His work appeared very thorough, did not rush through his job, and explained everything in detail. He was also helpful in offering pointers. I hope I get him as our technician in the future!
