Established in 1976, Advanced Surface Technologies (AST) is an industrial metal finishing organization. It specializes in electroless nickel plating, pentuf electroless nickel with teflon, gold, silver, copper and tin plating, deep sky black optical surface treatment and many more. The company serves industries, such as automotive, aerospace, communications, computer, electronics and many more. Located in Arvada, Colo., it offers a range of services, such as masking, heat treatment, electro polish, plugging, parts stripping and many more. Its process handles aluminum, steel, magnesium, virtually any material. An ISO 9001-2000 certified company, it is a member of the Strategic Goals Program. Advanced Surface Technologies (AST) is a recipient of the Colorado Environmental Leadership Award.
