      I had a bronze boat propeller copper plated by specialty plating. It was full of black pit marks after plating. After a very difficult discussions I returned the prop and they were to re-plate it. The prop still had black pit marks. I spoke to the President of Specialty Plating. That was a waste of time. Phone calls were not returned even after committing to return the call. The poor quality work is only exceeded by ZERO customer support.

      The prices, quality, and turn-around time are the best in town. The customer service is awesome. They are always willing to work with their customers no matter the issue. Also, the new General Manager is very smart and customer friendly
