Certified Periodontist As a dentist, it is a requirement by law to be licensed in the state of your practice. Dr. Paris is licensed in several states â?? Pennsylvania, Mass., New York, New Jersey, District of Columbia and Texas. The reason for being licensed in several states is that he corresponds with and gives lectures in these states, which allows him to teach and share innovative service techniques he's developed over his years of experience.
