This is the most professional dentist office I've ever been to. Everything from the cleanings and checks to the all-in-one-office crown and implant process has been great. Both Dr. Kakos and his staff are very conscientious, personable, professional, do great work, and communicate very well on all procedures and issues. All the high tech imaging and testing equipment made me feel I was getting the most up-to-date info, diagnosis and treatment. Office atmosphere is also very warm and pleasant.

Upon moving to Mt. Prospect, my wife and I were in desperate of a good dentist. Our expectations were exceeded by finding Dr. Kakos. We were each provided with thorough consultations and treatment plans, and it was obvious Dr. Kakos is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. My wife soon got two new crowns which were the best dental work either of us had ever seen. Also, Terry is the best hygienist ever! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a best-in-class practice.

Doctor Kakos gave me back a beautiful smile after losing my front teeth in an accident. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything to you in a way you can understand. Both he and his assistants are very nice and funny, and put you at ease during your appointments.

I am not a dentist person as I'm sure Dr. Kakos can tell from my teeth. But I have never been in any pain here. Everyone is extremely patient oriented. And Dr. Kakos is the most endearing doctor I've ever had. I would highly recommend him to anyone, young or old. Thank you for all you do.

It's only been a little over 24 hours since Dr. Kakos pulled my upper teeth and gave me my new, first set of dentures and I'm so happy with the results! The team that consisted of Nora, Bonnie and Nicki, were terrific! They helped me pick out the best color of dentures for me and assisted with the procedure! My follow up appointment today went very well and I got more info from the Doctor and the staff! I couldn't be happier with my decision to have this procedure done!

DO NOT GET DENTAL WORK DONE HERE! If i could give 0 stars, I would. I paid over $40K for my dental work and had almost all of my teeth crowned. In the two years since the work has been finished, 4 of my crowns have fallen off (one of which has fallen off three different times), 2 have chipped and one has cracked. All of this despite my following every instruction given to me. I have not eaten anything or bitten into anything that would be able to cause this, avoided apples, hard candy, gum, ect., and brush my teeth twice daily with the toothbrush they provided to me. Despite this, I continue to have nothing but pain and issues that are costing me thousands more dollars to fix. Each time I have had an issue, the answer from them has always been that it must somehow be my fault and it couldn't possibly be that he did anything wrong. I know numerous people who have had crowns for a significantly longer time without them ever simply falling out while eating like a normal person. Dr. Kakos was pretentious and rude and treated me like a child throughout the entire experience not to mention having made multiple promises that he then conveniently "forgot" and refused to follow through on. The office staff and hygienists are very nice and kind but it does not make up for the poor quality work and terrible attitude/service provided by the doctor himself. I wish I had gone anywhere but here. To their credit, they have offered to fix things for free each time something has gone wrong, but it is difficult to feel confident in going back to an office to fix something when it doesn't stay fixed. I can't justify continuing to return to the office when I have no faith in the quality of the work and do not believe that it will actually make a difference. I can not stress enough to avoid going here if you value your teeth, time and money.

Dr. Kakos and his assistant, Noura, were attentive and professional. I was made to feel totally comfortable during a lot of drilling (yuck.) All went well!

Was taken right in as a walk in for cracked tooth and overall experiance was excellent!
