I was very disappointed with this school. Very unorganized and poorly run. The owner was flaky and never seemed to know what was going on in her own school. It's a shame there isn't many options for dog grooming schools in this area.

I would not recommend this school, it is expensive and seemed very unorganized. On many occasions, there were only two instructors for nearly twenty students and sometimes more. Students are left unattended for long periodes of time because instructors were so overloaded. I really expected a little more one on one training and was therefore disappointed with the program.

I took two English Cockers, which I had rescued from a shelter. They hadn't been groomed in quite a while. Everyone at the academy was very pleasant, and glad to see us. When I picked the dogs up, they were nice and clean, looked beautiful, and were wagging their tails. I think the dogs had a good time, and were glad to look so pretty. I will go there again.

I have been taking my dogs here for years. Have taken breeds from very large Collie (looked like a different dog when I got him back as so much hair was gone) down to Lhasa Apso (who loved it there). Sharon, the owner, is very responsive so am shocked by other review. Prices are very reasonable for what you get compared with commercial dog groomers. I am taking another dog there tomorrow as think they do an excellent job of grooming my dogs.

I TOOK MY DOG YESTERDAY AND THEY CUT MY DOG'S EAR WITH A BRUSH...MY POOR DOG ENDED UP WITH 2-3 STITCHES!! THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO CALL US OR THE VET!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND TOLD ME "IT IS ONLY A SCRATH"!! PLUS THEY DID SUCH AN AWFUL JOB!! SHE HAD UNEVEN HAIR ALL OVER AND THEY COMPLETELY SHAVED HER CHEST/NECK AREA!! THEY LEFT HER FACE HAIR AND NOW SHE LOOKS UN-PROPORTIONAL!! THE LADY TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT AND TOLD ME TO TAKE MY DOG GROOMING MORE OFTEN!! SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK....HOW CAN I TAKE MY POOR DOG BACK AFTER WHAT HAD HAPPENED...=(
