Do not take your pets here. Very rude and both my dogs developed a skin reaction. Then when the groomer picked my little one up she forced her to stay in her hands . Looking for a new groomer.

The Dog Barber had been grooming my dog. When I arrived home I found a round raised lump with a chunk of skin removed. Afterwards my dog was very sick and I took her to the U of W. I called the the Dog Barber and asked to speak with the groomer. My request was denied and I was told "nothing could have happened there". I explained that I wasn't looking to blame anyone. I needed info to help my dog. Could she have been bitten or hit with a scissors or other grooming tool? She must have yelped when this happened. Very RUDE and much DENIAL! Don't take your pets there!!!!!

Wonderful and caring facility. Have been coming here for many years and have never been disaoointed in the grooming of my dogs. Staff is always pleasant and available to answer questions, if necessary.

Competition seems to have had an affect on the grooming procedures. Am in the process of finding another groomer.
