Valley View High School, located in Archbald, Pa., offers education to more than 800 students in grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes subjects, such as social studies, English, mathematics, business, agriculture, history, electronics and foreign languages. The school s subjects also include culinary arts, social studies, science, family and consumer science, journalism, horticulture, technology and physical education. It offers a variety of sports activities that include baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, track, volleyball and wrestling. The school has clubs that include art, guitar, monogram, science Olympiad and key clubs. The extracurricular activities provided by the school include drama, school play and a student council. It has a media center and offers scholarship information services. The school is a part of the Valley View School District.
