I went to Diva several times for different services from pedicures to waxing. Most of the time it was decent but not great. When i tried to call and make appointments the phone was not answered. if the phone was answered ( rarely) they will tell me to come in as they were not busy. Twice this happened and every chair was filled when i stopped by.The last time I went one of the pedicure people cut my nails to the point of pain and was very rude to me. I will NOT be coming back. Also there manicures are a joke. Cold water for two minutes, no shaping, and minimal polish.

i love diva nail spa! i will not go anywhere else to have my nails or toes done. they are clean, and very friendly. every one of the staff is awesome. i drive from brandon to apollo beach to have my nails done and i wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was not happy with this salon. First of all, it was dirty my pedicure chairs had stains over the chairs and i noticed there was a lot of dirt or dust sides of the chairs. The lady that was helping servicing me did not speak english at all and cut my toe nails so short it was hurting me. I tried to tell her but she didn't understand. I would not go back there.

Diva Nail & Spa is a nail salon that provides the best spa like experience I've encountered soo far in the Southshore area. I've been to a lot of nail salon around here and let me tell you, I am not please with a lot of them, but after my first experience with Diva Nail & Spa, I was very pleased. The decor is very modern yet, serene. Nail service is the great especially Pink & White. The pedicure is worth every dollar. The instrumental music selection was great! Soo great, I almost fell asleep after a harsh day at work. hehe. Last but not least, the service. Everyone is friendly. I suggest everyone to come and give it a try. It's worth every penny.
