Poor customer service I sit there for 45 minutes and no one even care about doing my nails people were coming in and they will take him to the back to do their pedicures and for you who rode why we are putting but reviews what the reason is because of poor customer service then the next day I went to another cell on you treated me like a queen I was told by them that they are a big family they only see people who have big money they have preference on their customers and those are the people that they only want to see well guess what I am NOT typing a foot on that place again

I only went in because it was close to where I had lunch and will never go in again! The guy in the front was extremely rude and not friendly at all...I felt very uncomfortable. Very unwelcoming place. Rude & unfriendly.

I found its hard ti believe that they charged ur debit card for more than it was supposed to be. People there are so nice and hard working folks. U probably one of those that want everything for nothing and didn't get it ur way. That's why u weren't happy. Remember, there are always 2 sides of the story. I've been going there now foor 4 years, love them all.

But she didn't relize there were 4 people came in before her. There wasn't anything they could do. The way I look at it is that if u want to be treated nicely, respect ful, then look at yourself first. For all the badReviews, there's always 2 sides of the the story. Don't let these people scare u. I got just a simple white tip done and they came out horrible on three nails the sides of my nails got filed down too much causing it to look slanted and like a piece of nail was missing. I wouldn't recommend this place or at least the guy who did my nails. I didn't tip the guy so I will be looking at my credit card statement to see if I was charged more than what I signed for.

I must admit that I have frequently used this salon because it was close. On a recent visit services were the same and so was my bill of $55.00 until my bank got the final charge for $83.00. Well I went to have it corrected but all of a sudden no one can speak English and bill never got corrected. I will never set foot back in this establishment. I will travel the 12 miles to Brandon and pay cash for services rendered. Anyone choosing to use this establishment paying by debt or credit card please check your final bill I may not be the only victim. I rate this salon a -5 for poor customer service.
