As I told David, the experience was a very pleasant one. A single woman shopping for a car can often be challenging because of stereotype thoughts and beliefs but it was not in this case. It was great. I purchased a used vehicle from another dealer just a month ago and even though I was happy with the vehicle, I was unhappy with the salesman. He had made a promise to me before the sale to make several repairs to the vehicle. After the sale, they didn't seem to be in a hurry to make the repairs. After a month he finally called and told me two of the parts were in and to bring the car in, but he said they would be unable to make one of the repairs becuase the cost was to high. I didn't say anything to him, but it was at that point I decided to turn the vehicle in after finding another vehicle. I stopped in to Universal KIA because a friend of mine has a Sorento, and I just wanted to ask a few questions about downpayment and monthly payments. I had no intentios of buying a vehicle that day. They convinced me to let them check my credit, showed me a vehicle which we test drove, and made me an offer that day that I tried to turn down, but it was really good and I had to take

The service department staff members are very friendly and courteous. My car runs like it were brand new.

It's always great and the people r very nice and explain everything .. I do however think the waiting area should be more comfortable .. U use to have better setting and could hear the tv well .. I didn't ask to turn it up .. I wanted to look a a newer model of my forte coupe but they had been out for some time without new ones in ..

I would run away from their "DEAL", or you night end up walking like me. The car was quoted at one price and of course the paperwork was different. They are not fixing our cars problems. It is under warranty.Over 1/2 the miles on the car are driving to and from the dealer trying to get it fixed. I have a car I can't drive so it is just overpriced junk in our driveway! Oh and 149 and a Job... Ha! Ha! That's a joke. Try $2,500 down!
