well I took my wife to get her nails done at this location thinking ok lets see how they work. Well right off the bet we werent satisfied cause the second we had a few questions in regards to the way she wanted her nails done they hesitated to answer the questions.once the lady began to do her nails she went on to complain in her native language to her co-workers about how she didnt like the fact that my wife wanted her nails longer than most customers. I feel that if we r paying customers that she should get done what she would like without judgement. We will not be goin back to that place for nails at all. Not happy with the results and the place has no ventilation so if someones gotta sit there and wait for a loved one they have to deal with all that intoxicating smells.

I use to go here frequently and unfortuantely the service has declined. I went there to get a gel manicure and they were very busy. The gentleman who did my nails was painting one finger and having me place my hand under the UV light and would switch to another finger on the other hand. I thought this was odd. They usually paint one hand at a time. My gel manicure lasted 2 days and started to peel off. I gave them a second try again and when I walked out I notice my gel manicure was sticky. I tried washing my hands with soap to see if it would get better. It didnt. I had to go to work so I couldnt return. Again the manicure lasted two days.

Dirty place !!! They used old nail files scrubs, and no gloves. I watch after a women left that they just sprayed the tub with water. Plus a women was cut when I was there . I have been there 4 times and it's always been dirty .

After having gone to a couple of other nail salons, including another one located on Rt. 30 in Amsterdam, I have remained a loyal customer at Solar Nails since my very first visit almost a year ago. If I have any issues with my gel manicure the following week after having it done (this only happened once), they corrected it for no extra charge. I decided to go with a new design instead of the same old french gel manicure the last time I was in a couple of weeks ago, & they did a stellar job. Every pedicure I get is also perfect. I'm glad I finally found a place I like & am comfortable with!

Very unfriendly service. Could have had a better experience at Walmart nail salon. Will never go again!!!!!!!

I received the most relaxing pedicure. They were clean professional and I would recommend their services - I am taking my granddaughter there next week.

Will be going back tomorrow after my first time last week, was VERY impressed with my pedicure and the personal attention I received. Also, the clippers, tweezers and other tools used on me were taken from a unopened sterilized package. Nice environment with pleasant workers who go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your treatment. A+++++ I encourage all to go and at least try!

I found the service excellent ad the salon very clean.

Tried it, was just like the rest. It was clean when you walk in but the files and tools did not look very new or clean. I questioned if they used new files each time because of fungus and they assured me they do but didn't look that way. Nothing was opened up new in front of me which made me skeptical because my toe became infected from diamond nails last year who said the same thing.

I just had my nails done there this morning for the first time. I was very pleased with the exceptional service and little "extras" I received. I will definitely make this my new nail place.

My first time there an employee actually opened the door for us and welcomed us to their establishment. The shop was immaculate with Kuerig coffee and cookies for the patrons. the pedicure I received was above and beyond what I have ever experienced . The employee's spoke English to me and engaged me in conversation. While my pedicure was drying I received a massage to my neck and shoulders. It was as close to a spa experience that I had ever received in a nail salon. I will definitely return .
