If I could give 0 stars, I would. Negative stars even. This place charges $15 more than any other nail place and they don't even make it up with artistry or technique! I got my nails done there yesterday and the rude woman was telling me a price that was not even what was stated on their brochure. My husband left with my son to go smoke and she was still shaping my nails and she told me to pay at that point. Like who the hell does that and where do they do that? Instead of giving me the remainder of what she owed me, she kept it like I was tipping her! No, I was NOT tipping, give me my damn money and finish your overpriced nail job, woman. She also didn't like my attitude so she was talking crap about me to the dude sitting next to her. Horrible establishment, rude workers and highest prices I've ever seen.

My first experience here was awesome! Great staff, great manicure. However, the following visits haven't been so great. The "management" doesn't know how to handle being busy. It could range from telling you 10 minutes and you wait an hour, to allowing a lot of other customers go before you. I've seen them look over the women who planned on getting manicures after their pedicures and they ended up walking out because the manager kept seating new walk ins over them. I walked in one time when it was busy to get my eyebrows done and expected to have to wait. I wasn't even given the option, the guy looked at me and said "no, too busy." I mean, eyebrows can be done in the amount of time it takes someone to wash their hands so was that really necessary? My last gripe is the number of workers who smoke. One left me one time to smoke, came back smelling disgusting. The manager there even opened BOTH doors and smoked right at the enterance!
