I have gone to other places. This is far the best place. Everything I've gotten has been the best by far. The price is right. Service is excellent. I tell everyone about it. You won't be dissappointed. You will be a repeat customer.

Nice to go to a place where everyone knows your name.. I agree with the other review.. it's personal, You can get one pound of ground meat, or 20 pounds.. You are not a pre-packaged deal, so why should your meat be? Everything is fresh, and very reasonably priced. I travel 20 miles to go there, and it's well worth it!!

Today was my first visit here and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean, and professional. Normally I purchase beef and pork in bulk. Was very happy to be able to purchase pork chops just the thickness and cut that I wanted, watch while it was cut and packaged. Didn't give 5 stars because I haven't tasted yet. If it is as good as it looks, they will have a repeat customer and I will repost my final opinion. Great job, good to have a local butcher in Altoona!!
