I have twin daughters (2 1/2 yrs) attending this daycare and I am completely happy with the staff and the managment! The staff is caring and my daughters are learning and doing well. I am able to log onto a webcam at work and see what they are doing whenever I want to check on them. Management worked with me as far as the price and the due date. I started paying weekly and recently switched to paying biweekly with no fuss from management. I love the staff and would recommend this facility to my friends and family. My nephew also attends this facility. I have to say that I visited many daycares and this is the only one that I truly felt comfortable with.

My child has attended this facility and I have to say the care was good. The owner's cousin is in charge of accounting, she is not the sharpest tool in shed! Their company policies change without or very little notice, leaving parents feeling very frustrated. For instance, when I first started tuition was due on the 1st with a 5 day grace period. Without notice, a very nasty flyer was given to all parents stating that tuition was due on the 1st, no grace period, no exceptions. This is facility is obviously hurting for money and I wonder how much longer they will be in business. The employees are very good with the children (especially Shannon), but the management is horrible!!!!! So, if you have plenty of patience and don't mind management changing policies to suit their own needs....then sign up. Also, this facility if very expensive. They do provide lunch and diapers but still about $400.00 more per mo than other daycare facilities. GOOD LUCK!
