We appreciate all the hard work Rodney did to solve our furnace problem. His efforts to figure out why the furnace kept shutting down is reflected that excellent service Curtis has provided us over the years. - M.B.

I called Curtis Total Service because my furnace was not running. The contractor added water to system and began to up sell me on service agreements. They billed me for Service Call $77, for Diagnostic $158, and $277 for balancing the system. Adding water and bleeding pipeline. An hour after he left furnace stop running. Having spent the night with no heat I called another company who repair the problem, which was a faulty primary control. System ran like a gem the rest of winter. Having tried to reach Curtis Total Service to complain, with no result, I stop payment on check. After 18 days Curtis Total Service Operational Manager finally contacted me. I told him of problem and told him I would pay him $77 for service charge. He stated that wasn't satisfactory. I sent him check for $77. This resulted in Curtis Total Service turning the collect over to Gross McGinley law firm. The lawyer for this firm had no desired to settle.

very pricey - $400 to replace top and bottom heating elements in a standard electric domestic hot water heater.

Wow what service, when I called someone actually answered. They gave me a 2 hour window and called before the guy came out. When he arrived he put on these shoe covers to protect my floor he said. Then after looking at my problem, he sat down and gave me choices ot the repair I wanted and the cost before he did anything. even while he was fixing my heater, he kept me informed of what he was doing and mentioned things i could ad to save money now. When he finished he cleaned up, and then told me of the other services, plumbing, electrical, and remodeling. I will surely call Curtis again when I have another problem. The price was a little high but with coupons from there web site, I thought the value was great. Sue S.

Despite the mixed reviews, we called Curtis Total Services for our plumbing needs. I really regret our decision. What a lousy service by Curtis Total Services. The manager is rude. They charges as much as two or three times as other plumbing services.

Worst company because they over charge you and do not care about customer serivces.

Bad customer services. Way over-priced plumbing services.

I would not recommend calling this company for repairs. They have an Al La Cart pricing program and are more concerned with selling service contract then fixing program. They keep a law firm on retainer, need I say more!!!

Rich Price,Thank you for your understanding and willingness to work something out regarding the "service fee". I look forward to talking with Jerry next week regarding the patio room and diverting the water.Thank You,Stevie

Dear Curtis Total Service,I would like to say thank you to your plumber Jacob Eisenhardt. He did a great job. I was amazed because this day and age when you get what you want. All I can say is Wow. He was wonderful, and my husband and I would just like to say thank you. The job he did is a miracle and it has made our life so much easier and to show the patience to come out on a Saturday and fix our problem was like a blessing.Thank You,Joan and Arthur

We had a leak in our laundry room ceiling directly above the Master Bathroom. Curtis was to open the ceiling, find the leak, repair the leak and then close the ceiling, spackle and paint the ceiling. The charge to open the ceiling and find the leak was $144.50. The charge to fix the leak was $407.63. The original charge to repair the ceiling was $800.00. We challenged that price and then it was dropped to $700.00 and then to $450.00 (the price that we finally agreed to). Two holes were cut into our ceiling. The leak was not found however we were still charged $144.50. Several days later, Curtis was calling to come back and repair the ceiling. We did not want to do that because they had not found the leak. I was going to bring that to Curtis' attention but someone at Curtis had changed the wording on the work order from "find the leak" to "investigate leak in ceiling". Several weeks later, there was leaking from the ceiling.

That god for Curtis Total Service and there technician. I lost my a/c this summer and I called a local handyman who told me I'd need to add freon. Two weeks later I was out of a/c again. I called the guy back and he told me again that I needed freon. At this point, I was leary and called Curtis Total Service. There manager told me that they could fix the leak. They came to my home added the freon and fixed the leak. It's now the end of September and my a/c works perfect.

The service technician's are always great! They show up on-time, are knowledgeable and friendly. "John" has done several jobs for us and is always very nice and keeps us informed when need be or if a problem arises. We asked sales for quotes on several jobs, did not hear back from our sales person. We had to make a call in to find out pricing. - gsds

Dear Mr. CurtisMy Husband and I want to thank you and the two work-men who fixed our kitchen sink drain. When I called after your first visit the sink was still clogged. I was frustrated and concerned about cost and no solution to the problem. You listened and promised to call back. About 30 minutes later you did return my call with an offer to cut out the clogged pipe and replace it. The additional price given was a fair one.By 2:30 the next day the drain was open!My husband had nothing but praise for the workmen and the job they did.Thank you- if a friend asks for a plumber we'll give your name.Sincerely,Kathryn Symons

Dear... I would like to express our deep felt appreciation to Curtis Total Service, Inc. This past week after nursing our heating system along for a couple of years it gave out. We called Curtis, like we always have, and a repairman was sent out immediately. We were told our system had become a fire hazard and had to be disconnected. We were devastated. This last year my husband developed serious heart problems which required us to go to Philadelphia for his treatment. The cost was astronomical and completely crushed us financially. When the repairman explained to us it could cost 5-6 thousand dollars for a replacement I couldn't stop my tears. My husband and I knew we would not be able to take on such an expense at this time. That meant no heat! We had dealt with Rich, the manager, from the Allentown office previously, and his kindness was always outstanding. We decided to give him a call and explain our situation. Within an hour Rich and Curtis was in our hom

I think I have been through every plumber in the area. I just had a major job of a busted underground sewage line under a porch. It was a day of digging bent over. My messy difficult job scared 4 other plumbers away. They couldnt or didnt want to handle it. Curtis willingly tackled the job and did a VERY NEAT clean job. They aren't cheap but when you need something done right, you should call them. The owner even came out to troubleshoot and come up with a game plan with his tech. The bad feedback I saw on here is far from the truth. - Flybouy
