I wanted a Mustang. When it came to selection they had more in stock than any other dealer in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I found the one I wanted and they set me on my way making sure to check in after that I was satisfied with everything. I had a few dealers on my list that had close to what I wanted, Jerry's was first with my #1 pick, and it was all that I needed.

We had spent half the day at CarMax and then went to Jerry's of Alex. Service was great here- test driving was easy..left with a wonderful car. Will go back when we need another car..and ask for Calvin again. Everyone that worked with us was nice...and no one was pushy.

I went to this dealership because of the great deals advertised. Not only were the deals valid and honored, I ended up with a better deal than what was advertised. The finance folks were all amazing and worked out a better deal than I ever could have hoped for. Had a great experience at Jerry's when I purchased a new Escape from them. The specs for the car I wanted was not on their lot but they were able to locate one that that the color and options I wanted. Some other dealers tried to push me hard to take a vehicle that had things I didn't want because it was on their lot. I had been internet shopping and been to a couple dealers before going to Jerry's so I knew the lowest price for the model and options I wanted. Jerry's gave me a very good price and threw in some other items (cargo mat; all weather mats) at my request. Best of all, everything was done so quickly. Not the typical car buying experience. I recently was in the market for a new car...not by choice, thanks to a suicidal deer!! Even though I was frustrated with having a car payment again, dealing with Jerry's Ford made the car buying experience really enjoyable (I didn't realize that was possible!). I first started online with James and Lisa (Manager). Together they worked tiredessly to find me the best car for the best price. They even drove 200 miles to pick up a car only to find out it did not have one of the features my husband and I wanted. To make it right they gave me a great deal on an even nice Fusion. All in all, they now have a customer for life! I will be back one day to buy my Explorer!! I cannot say how thankful I am to have them down the street from my house. I usually am very reluctant about giving anything 5 stars, but my experience with Jerry's deserves the rating. I'm not much for car dealers in general, having had many neutral to negative experiences over the years. My experience with Jerry's would bring me back there again. Kudos to my sales rep, Abu Kamara, the sales manager, Ehab Kandil and Finance Manger, Joe Messina. they all turned what I thought would be a "check the box, I looked there" visit into a purchase decision. Background: I was looking for a recent model Ford Explorer and Jerry's had a couple advertised. I emailed, texted etc from their website, and got immediate responses. In fact I got MANY responses, including confirming my "scheduled" appointment for a test drive. (I never scheduled an appointment). That combined with their higher listing price put them at the lowest probability of success for my visits that evening.

I came to this dealership after being treated very badly at Cowel's Ford and walking out of that dealership. Edward the finance manager from the start sat down with me at shot straight. You need X and we need to come down X to make a deal. DONE! He fought hard to get us a 3rd car loan with a great bank. I really didn't deal with my sales guy and honestly his knowledge on the 2015 Mustang was bad... Lisa the Sales Manager helped me when I called the dealership and Ed was off, she was spot on with her information. She even ran into the dealership and told me to get my camera to take a picture of my 2015 Mustang being unloaded off the truck. In the beginning I was apprehensive about going to the dealer due to the red tape/ willing and dealing the least to say so I started my search online and found a suv I was interested in, so i filled out the request for a call back and within six hours or less I received a returned phone call from one of the salesman (Milson) he told me alittle about the truck and encourage me to come out, "again alittle reluctant" so we scheduled a Saturday appointment and I went out and let me tell you the experience I had from the time I hit the door I was blown away from all the people that were involve in may purchase (Milson, Joe, Lisa walker, Angel and Jason) you guys rock!!!!!!!
