As a former Thompson middle school student I am pleased to say that Thompson middle is the best school I've ever been to and will ever go to.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I have seen the aids, teachers and principals mistreat the children. There to busy planning their personal calendar, discussing their shopping adventures and who's cheating with who at the school, etc. I have seen children that cannot talk being verbally and physically abused by the teachers and aids. I also heard an aide bragging about mistreating a child at a game. My husband and I are making numerous budget cuts and saving money to move our three children to a private school for their safety and to receive a true education. If your children attend this school, you need to make sure their being treated appropriately and receiving an education. The children I most worry about are the one's that cannot speak for themselves. I have to give the school some type of rating - so I selected a one, but this school is below a one. Please follow up and ask your children what happens at school daily, and what they personally witness and see.
