Awsome love the teachers and my child learns so much she has great communication skills and everyday she enjoys going...
My grandsons both have been going to Childcare Network since they were both born, JC is 8 and Josh is 4. They love Childcare Network and I could not see them going anywhere else. Their teachers, Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Victoria and the other teachers are wonder with the kids. Mr. Theo who oversee this location has done a wonderful job since he has joined this location. The kids are very comfortable and feel very safe there. I know everyone there takes very good care of my grandsons and I highly recommend this daycare if you are looking for a place for your children. They have wonderful education programs and inspire the children each and everyday.

Our children just LOVE Mr. Theo, Ms. Ashley and Ms. Rebecca, as do my husband and I! They have been very considerate and helpful of our daughter's gluten intolerance and her special diet. They have a WONDERFUL summer camp and after school program, also. They are always encouraging and motivating all of the kids. This is the BEST staff this location has EVER had. We Love you guys!!

The after school program rocks. The kids love Ms. Rebecca and she loves them right back. Mr. Theo is doing a great job with the center. He's very pleasant and it shows that he loves his job! He does a great job with parental involvement. Kim F.

My husband and I love Childcare Network Alabaster. The director, Mr. Theo, is great with parents as well as the children and the teachers are wonderful. Our son is thriving both socially and academically which is what any parent would want. Since enrolling our son, we haven't had any issues or concerns on any level. One of our biggest concerns when researching and visiting daycares was the safety of the children. We feel Mr. Theo and the staff have the childrens safety as a top priority. Our son is doing great and we couldn't be happier with our choice of daycare.
I have one daughter that has been going to Childcare Network for 4 years and an infant that has just started, we have never had any major problems. We did have a concern once and it was dealt with quickly and Mr. Theo made it a priority to get it figured out and resolved. The teachers are great! I don t know how Miss Rebecca does it, but she can get a room full of school age kids to behave. Ms. Jimmy with the infants treats them just like they re her own and Racheal can multi-task with the infants so well.

Childcare Network is an incredible daycare with wonderful teachers and directors! My two year old daughter has been going since she was 6 months old, and has thrived beautifully. The teachers and staff have always been very attentive, caring and accommodating. With Mr. Theo's arrival as Director & Ms. Ashley as Assistant Director, there has been an increase in accountability and organization that has seen the daycare flourish, as well as make my husband & myself feel very comfortable and secure that our daughter is in capable loving hands. We highly recommend Childcare Network! P.S. Our daughter was found to be in need of extra learning assistance in the form of speech therapy. The therapists have been coming to school and working with us and her teachers to accomplish the goals we've set for her. Because of the help we are getting from her teachers at Childcare Network, our two year old is meeting 'and' exceeding her goals!

It is amusing to see the negative comments on this site. Especially when, as a parent of a child in this facility, one can tell exactly which parents posted the negative comments, as it was the same parents that had a personal relationship with said director and the negative reviews came after her dismissal. While one can be upset that a teacher or director is no longer at a facility, it is important to understand that the District Manager and those in the Corporate Office are always aware of the bigger picture, and make decisions for the greater good of the children. The director that took that position cleaned the place up aesthetically as well as professionally. To have expected her, or a teacher to be present 12 hours per day is ludicrous. One could also drive by on the weekends and see her there cleaning and improving the quality. She was always available when requested. Serious issues were handled appropriately and expediently when presented.

I have been very diappointed with the inconsistency that comes with this facility. While there are many positive things in comparison to others their flaws are not too great. It's hard to get them to stick to your routine for infants. Then the only entertainment they seem to supply for school age kids is x-box instead of helping them develop better educational skills. Another problem I have run across is the lack of informing parents when children in their room are confirmed with a sickness (pink eye, hand-foot-mouth disease,etc...). It seems the formula you send comes home with less than possible they could eat but when they are using their own formula the infant all of a sudden "isn't interested" an therefore only eats 1 (6 oz) bottle. Doesn't seem very healthy, but they always have an excuse or reason.

Great place. There are several teachers that have been there for a while and do a great job with the kids. It has gotten much better since the director that used the place as a dating service left.

One has to wonder what is going on at this daycare that the corporate office does not seem to care that the district manager has completely ruined this daycare. Miss Tonya was there for 3 years and we had hoped that she would stay despite the unprofessional way she was treated by the district manager. She was gone for months before a new director was hired and she was seldom in the daycare but now she too has walked out because of the district manager. I highly advise parents to stay away until the district manager is no longer employed by Childcare Network and then possibly this school may become as good as it was two years ago.

One star is generous for this daycare. Lack of leadership and management is obvious. Teachers appear to be the ones running the school and making the decisions. I have concerns regarding my child's safety at this daycare. The previous director was always available to the parents but the new director is not at the daycare at open and close and the district manager treats the staff poorly. There are some good teachers but the children are frequently moved to different classrooms to keep ratio and this upsets my child. My biggest concern is the fact that I have heard the district manager discussing children when all parents can hear and she is quick to dismiss children for behavior without meeting with the parents to follow the policy in the handbook. It is sad to hear a child labeled as "bad" when they are only 2 or 3 years old.

I have been extremely disappointed in this daycare. Curriculum is not being taught and I feel this is a waste of money. Teachers spend more time socializing than teaching and cell phones are seen throughout this daycare. My child is very unhappy and I have attempted to have a conference with the director but she is seldom in when I drop off and pick up my child. I plan to withdraw my child as soon as I find a school that truly teaches and cares for the children.
