It offers educational, home therapy, wound care, rehabilitative and consulting services. The agency additionally provides personal care solutions, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, exercise, meal planning, translation and housekeeping. It serves the communities of Ramah, Pinehill, Fencelake and Vanderwagon in New Mexico. The agency accepts various health plans from Medicare and Medicaid.
