sloppy service. Came to reveiw my home theater for repair. Charged a service fee for estimate and coming. Broke a switch. Did not tell us. Wanted to repair right away using an expensive replacement. I wasnt there to discuss it and my wife got their number so I could call. I called back to discuss. They said they will charge an additional repeat visit fee in addition to the repair fee and will not waive the previous fee for estimate. I said no thank you. Not the customer service one would expect!
