Don Thompson did an EXCELLENT job with helping my husband and I purchase our EDGE. I love it. I cannot think of a better car buying experience. Donnie's personality along with his attention to detail made the typical stereo type of a car salesman vanish. He was a friendly, straight shooter, with knowledge and excellent follow through. I would refer anyone I know who would like to purchase a Ford to Donnie. He is a great asset to Pearson Ford.

The buying experience started with Don Thompson. Absolutely no pressure and professionally handled all my questions in the initial discussion. Once the decision was made to purchase, the communication from Don was responsive and informative. One thing to note - I did the entire purchase over the internet via email. The truck was placed on order and in the interim, Don was promoted and Michael Berg took over the sale. Michael was professional and communicative as well. Again, all correspondence was done via email. The technical ability to sent forms and information via PDF files was very helpful. No pressure throughout the entire process. I had a very small window to be able to pick up the truck (1 morning). The truck and all documents were prepared in advance and the entire time in the dealership was less than 30 minutes. This was greatly appreciated.
