Worst service ever. Wont even stand behind his word in writing. He sold me a bad transmission, when it was delivered I told him it looked burnt and that he should send another. He said it is good if it dose not work I will pay your labor of 400.00 in writing. it has been over a year. almost 2 and he said no money to pay are you kidding me. If he can't pay even 400.00 how is he still in business. I guess we all know. ripping people off.

I would not let anyone knowingly buy anything from those crooks it's pretty bad when you can go to the parts store and buy allot of things they have but at the parts store is actually cheaper

Be aware of their "FREE" diagnostic check to be taken off their invoice if they do the repair. They WILL include it in their labor rate as I found out when they charged me $145 for a $34 part and 15 minutes labor.
Even though they didn't have the car in the color I wanted they found one for me and brought it to the dealership.
Brian Jones is the Man. Thank you Brian, your dealership is beautiful.

Bought an air compressor, OOPS I ordered the wrong one.... Brought it back, got the right one, great price and no problems returning the wrong one!! The new one works great!!

buyer beware.....if the part is wrong..or doesnt work....you're stuck with it....no refunds

I called to find out if they had a part I was looking for and they said yes. Just to make sure I called again on my way there and they said yes again. So I get there to find out they did not have the part I was trying to get. I explained that I came all the way from Tampa to find out they don't have it??????!!!!!!!!! The old guy that helped me said that if he knew I was coming from Tampa he would have checked better???????????? Is this the way these people does business? They did no even credit me for the gas and time spent (30 miles each way) and at the end their "I am sorry it was an inventory mistake" did not do it for me. Very poor service and understanding of customer satisfaction. I will not come back to this business until they train and organize the people they have answering the phone and checking parts for customers. Maybe retiring those old folks and putting better trained people will help the business. One unsatisfied customer will more likely be multiply by many others if
