I have used Marion Smith Florist since 1996. I have never been disappointed during those many years of floral purchases for a variety of occasions. The flowers have always been delivered on time, which is very important to me as I usually seem to order flowers at the last minute. They have a great reminder service, notifying me ahead of time when a birthday, or especially an anniversary is coming up! Recipients often comment on pretty and long lasting the flowers are. Great value for the $$.

I called this flower shop to make up all of my wedding flowers and at first they were glad to do business. I had to add a few more arrangements and all of the sudden they changed there attitude. Robin (the owner I believe) was very rude that I had made a couple changes (adding more flowers) giving her company MORE money. You would think they would be a little more professional as they have made a couple grand from one customer. This time is very stressful having to plan everything for my wedding and they did NOT make it any easier. I will never use this "flower shop" again.

I am very unsatisfied with this florist. They are not willing to work with you if you are planning on making changes, even if it is to include more flowers! They are rude and unprofessional.
