the worst hair cut I have ever had in all of my 65 years,which includes those I have given to myself.The imposter hair stylist was incompetent,more concerned with trying to sell me on her own hair style than paying attention to what I asked her to do gor me.I was so angry with her non stop opinionated chatter,and her care less attitude about what a mess she was making,and when I spoke my disappointment ,asking her to fix this side and the bsck the way I wanted,she dismissed it all to,"oh everyone has a bad day,and I guess I didn't know what you wanted". She didn't pay attention to what I wanted.Now some would say.....well it's only hair,but in this case,she cut my hair far too short to be able to have someone else fox the mess.I am outraged at such non professional tactics in a hair salon.I am new to this area and did not have knowledge of where to go for a good hsir cut.NOW I know this much.....that person who ruined my hair should be back at school,learning the trade,or more appropriate ,according to her presentation,running a popcorn stand in a circus.BEWARE,of where you choose to have your hair done .This review is as kind as I could write for her i!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience at this location. Even though the employees are friendly they definitely overbook themselves.The wait time with an appointment ranges from 20 to 30 minute that's providing that they have booked you on the correct day. I had made an appointment for a Saturday only to find out that when I got there some girl had written me in for the following Monday.I think it was the manager that told me that this mistake doesn't happen in the summer. It is the SNOWBIRDS that cause tight scheduling appointments and that we are very demanding. Yikes, What a thing to say to a good paying and good tipping client. I was not impressed. She also mentioned that they are on their feet for 6 to 8 hours a day trying to make us happy. The lady that I go to did not get involved after she told me I was not scheduled for that day. I believe the lady that spoke to me needs to go to a class on customer relations. I did tell her that us SNOWBIRDS keep them employed.

the service was quick and freindly, the only problem was though that the girl had no idea how to wax eyebrows. i had to show her all spots she missed and i could tell she felt bad that i had to keep repeating myself. but the price was cheap and that they kinda of wax i got..Cheap
