I needed to have my car repaired locally and as someone who hasn't lived in this area for a really long time, I got on Facebook and asked my friends "I need to take my car to the shop, who would you guys recommend that is honest and good?" Of all the responses, a large majority of them mentioned Bob's and they were not wrong. My car had a leak somewhere underneath of it and turned out that it needed two new parts. Even though it took pretty much all day (they had to order parts twice) but searched for the best deals locally even getting one from a salvage yard, I was okay waiting. They were friendly and even offered me food while I waited. When it was time to pay the bill, they cut me a nice deal on the labor due to the time it took. I don't expect that to happen to everyone but they seem to be the kind of people that take circumstances into account. My car is now running beautifully. I highly recommend.

There is nowhere else I would go for auto repairs in central Florida. Fidel and Kelli are as honest and trustworthy as you could ever want; they will go out of their way to ensure their customers are satisfied, often spending extra time to provide guidance and advice, whether it brings them business or not. Fidel actually advised me to stop spending money on my aging vehicle when it was no longer worth it; essentially taking money out of his own pocket because, in his words, "It's the right thing to do." I can't say enough about these folks, they are the ONLY repair shop I will ever use - and I highly recommend them to everyone that needs a great mechanic.

They are honest and genuine. They dont tell you to repair or replace whatever is not needed. I went to Acura dealer 2 days ago and got about $875 quote for AC fix. I paid about $35 with taxes just to diagnose and get quotation. I went to Bob's Auto Repair today for a quote. They completed the job and came up with a invoice of $69.64. Now my a/c is blowing cold air. I am glad I chose Bob's auto repair today and saved about $800.

Great service, great price! This is a quality operation. I was treated like a friend from the second I walked into Bob's. Fidel took his time with me and explained everything thoroughly. I was drawn to Bobs do to the solid 5 star reviews online. Driving to the parking lot I couldnt help but admire the quaint feel of the 1950s gas station. The nostalgia doesnt end there inside is clean. Early Americana pieces decorate the waiting area, a friendly hello and warm smile greets you. While I waited I was served a fresh brewed cup of coffee! My vehicle was serviced by a very proficient mechanic. The work on my vehicle was superb, and of high quality. Now my experience of the passionate, dedicated, and superior customer service doesnt end there. Latter that day I tried to change the fuel filter on my ZX2, and botched it up, I had no idea how to fix it. I went back to Bobs and asked Fidel for help to fix the problem. Not only did he hand me the clips that was needed to fix it he went with me and explained how to correct the situation. His expert advise was a tremendous help! That my fellow review readers moved me beyond a merely satisfied customer to a loyal customer.

I recently had my radiator & two hoses replaced at Bob's Auto Repair. I experienced the nicest treatment I have ever gotten from an auto repair business! Not only were they nice, but they are honest. What they say are their specialities is really true. They are very friendly and have great customer service, answering any questions you might have. Their rates are very reasonable. They replaced my timing belt for much less than any of the quotes I got from other mechanics. They are also honest about what actually needs to be fixed on the car (versus other mechanics who give you a long list of little things to be fixed just to make more money). I recommend them, especially for bigger, more expensive jobs. You will probably get a much better price (with quality service) with them than other mechanics.

We have been customer for over a year now and have had both of our cars worked on.
