Negotiating was very easy and straight to the point. Even though they didn't have the car in stock, they were able to locate one equipped exactly how I wanted it. The service department at Kenny Ross Nissan is awesome. They are always on their game to get you in an out. The service writers always explain the service work in detail so that the customer fully understands the work being performed. If a problem comes up or some much needed maintenance comes up the service writer will inform you and discuss your options to fix it now or at a later date.
