Never made it as far as seeing one of the practitioners. I was a new patient, went in, was assaulted by a moldy/mildewy smell, did the paperwork and then sat to wait. That is when I noticed how filthy the rug in the waiting room was. Between the smell and the filth, I had to leave. The practitioners may be the best in the world but no medical facility should make you feel dirty. It didn't help with my asthma either!!

Absolutely horrendous. Waited an hour for blood work and an xray! They refused to give me a prescription to get the lab work some where else. There is no doctor present at this location. It's run by PAs who act like doctors!

I recently moved to Zebulon and have been trying for days to get someone at this office on the phone .Ive called the local number and 866 number. How can both be busy hour after hour for days.Do they need office help or what .? Not a good way to run a doctors office,if its nearly impossible to get through to anyone.

When I move to NC, my family and self went to the Eastern North Carolina Medical Group as our primary Doctor, and sadly our experinces in that clinic was really bad. The from desk woman, they were really rude,I did not feel well goin in there! I'm not sure if it was because we are Latinos, but they in the from desk are not frendly at all. I were expecting much more from a medical profesional.
