  Scott is a partner with Kincaid, Taylor & Geyer where he has been primarily involved in all aspects of estate planning, estate administration and real estate matters. Scott handles commercial and complex litigation primarily revolving around real estate and will and trust disputes. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio (1988) and his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law (1991).
