Every single time I go in here, I find nothing but lines and nobody to help you. The staff is extremely unmotivated and even seem to go out of their way to ignore you. If you need carpet, wire cut, or appliance help you'll have to hit the customer service button 13 times and wait 20 minutes before someone finally comes along and has no idea what their doing. Always under staffed in the paint section and cash registers. Why not just hire more people rather than making everyone wait an hour for service.

When it was time for her to go home, David took over. He was equally as dedicated to making our visit easy. We have been back three times and they always remember us.
