Jb Miller will lie to you from the beginning. Says a closing would only take 30 days, but we are into the 3rd month and won't wait any longer. He blames everything on the underwriters but it is himself that slacks on getting paperwork turned in. Don't know what kind of scam he is trying to pull but we are defiantly going to find out, as we will call the lender to find out what is going on. Stay away if at all possible, he is a liar and shister.
