We have been winter visitors for the past three years. 2011 was great. Its been all down hill after that. We arrived in 2012 to discouver they had not ordered the furniture. We were shuffled from one area to another for a couple of weeks. When we finally got our apartment, we discouverd the definition of "furnished" had changed. No more kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery, bedding, towel, shower curtains,Etc,Etc. We immediately had to go out and purchase these items at great expence and inconvience. 2013 we chose to bring our own requirments, at great inconvience. This year we learned that if we depart mid month we must pay the full months rent An extra $500.00. March I received an eviction notice taped to the door. I had paid the rent two days in advance. It is difficult to find 3 out of 8 washing machines serviceable. The furniitur received was antique (Old) wore out, in horrible condition. I have rated this 2 stars. Good Bye, Regency Square.
