Shady worker. So I wanted to add extra lines for extra lights outside my house while it was being built. Figured since it was all open and frame was showing, it would be quicker and maybe a little cheaper. Since I'm building with the binestar program, the worker said he is not allowed to add extra things to the house. He told me he is able to do it on the side (individually, not by the company) once it is finished. I said OK because if he is not allowed then who can argue with that.... Later on at another house in the same program. The electrician put extra lines, and actually offered him without the owner asking. Just charged him for the extra lines and was done. So now I have to pay more to drill holes threw the walls! I'm guessing it was just an excuse to be able to charge more for the later once the house is finished. Either way, I'd be careful with this place.
