bought a mattress set, mattress, foundation, frame. the mattress was an Englander, Cardiff model. Englander has been in business for over 100 years and carries a 10 year warranty. within 10 days mattress started to sag in the middle ( i weigh 130 pounds). called Yvone at the store, and was told to come into store and lay on a new bed. knowing that laying on a new bed for a few minutes, compared to actually sleeping on mine fore 10 days would not be a fair comparison, I didn't go to store. Slepted on my bed about 3 weeks longer until it became unbearable, Called Yvone back and told her I'd like to return the bed. She said they would take the mattress back and refund my money for the mattress, but not the foundation or frame. This made NO sense, they came and picked up the mattress only, and couldn't provide a reciept for the pickup. haven't been paid back yet. factory (Southerland) will not help resolve this issue. Small Claims here we come! I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM MATTRESS WAREHOUSE AS POSSIBLE, MAJOR RIP OFF!!!
