Park is under new management. A very friendly, safe place to live as a 55+ gated communitiy. Lots of activities with a large recreation bldg.. Well kept homes both single-wide & double-wide mfg. homes with large lots. Close to shopping. The people here are very caring and friendly. Has a "neighbors helping neighbors" program and actively supports the MCAS. Activites include: swimming pool, tennis courts, pool tables, shuffle board, horseshoes, nice library, cards, lessons on carving, computers, painting, quilting, plus a whole lot of other interests. Our population is diverse, coming from various US states and various Canadian provinces plus we have quite a few homes occupied year around. We have some homes for sale and looking for some more friendly faces to join us. We've had our home here for 6 years now and enjoy Yuma a whole lot. .

We have a new manager, and our park is doing a complete turn around. Residents are so much happier now, please know it is a Godsend to have Sue Carter as our manager. Please stop in and visit if you are in our area. Our maintenance issues are being worked on, and owners are working with residents complaints now. We found out most of our complaints never left the manager office here, so owners were not aware of problems. This said, it is now becoming a good place to live. Sharon Hill
