Awful service dropped calls. Horrible customer service. big mistake to use this carrier

the service is not that bad. but it does loose strength in some areas. web browser does not always connect ! when it does is somewhat slow but you get used to it after a while.and quick sometimes..when texting theres about a 80% chance of being sent.for calls im satisfied..service as gotten alot better!! than before.it does not chrage roaming calls!! :))..roaming calls work sometimes though :/ .. ive been using this service for about a year and few months.planning to upgrade to their android smartphones soon.something better

really great service, i have web and picture mail and dont have any issues. the service has improved a lot, it doesnt fade or break plus you get all your texts. i know it was bad before but i joined the company a year ago and i have no problems plus i pay only 50 a month with unlimited long distance,local, text, web, and pic mail, plus its nationwide coverage!! beat that anyone. :)

this service does not work !! signal fades, no internet, nor picture messages, txt only allows one to receive 160 characters if someone sends u more then that u don't receive the entire message u get another txt with things such as squares or other weird things
