My mother has lived there since 2006 and this senior housing is wonderful for the independent senior. Location is wonderful with stores and resturants within walking distance. Clean building and apartments. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Nice having only one level, with no worries of stairs or elevators. Each apartment has a indoor entry away from the weather elements. All outside entry doors need a key to enter, except the main entrance, which is only open durning office hours. My mother feels safe and very happy with this senior housing.

three stars considering the maintenance of cleaning the hallways floors, any repair that needs appropriate attention, a/c, outside maintenance of windows being clean and the grass properly cut and trimed for tenants convenience and manager in office when needed, or possibly an asst. mgr.
