I requested an eyebrow wax with a slight arch and the woman who did it tweezed my eyebrows to a thin line! I was very upset about it. I don't recommend this shop for waxing. I, also, got a pedicure and it was nothing special.

Waited for 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. No one said a word to me about a delay or that I would be next. U found the staff to be extremely rude. I finally left when I realized my nail tech was just starting a pedi next to my chair. I would NOT recommend.

Knowledgeable staff, and fun. They make you feel comfortable and are worth every cent you pay (which isn't that much). Best pedicure and eyebrow wax I've ever gotten. Jeannette is amazing and so is Twee.
