Hello, Recently there has been some changes at the care facility of which I don't believe are conducive to the general welfare of the residence at Santa Fe Assisted Living. The new administrator has rearranged the dinning area creating problems for wheel chair access and is more concerned with looks than function. The new administration has removed the easy coffee and hot coco machine as they felt it was unhealthy and now the residence have to lift a coffee pot which is not only heavy for the elderly but are made of glass. The new administration said they need new salt and pepper shakers which no one thought there was anything wrong with the existing ones. They have also now decided to not to allow family members to sit with their loved one's and share in meals. The feeling of Family, Love and a relaxed atmosphere with residence and staff has almost disappeared. Please do something about this or I may have to find somewhere else for the care of my loved one.
