I used Diversified to put in evaporating cooler, ducts and other work I needed done. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I couldn't of been happier with my service. My air went out on a Sunday evening and I called to make an appointment expecting to leave a message. I was greeted by a very polite and professional technician who offered to come that evening. I didn't feel that was necessary so we made an appointment for the following morning. The technician was there on time. He was fast, efficient and completely affordable. I would absolutely use their services again.
I was quoted a service call rate of $55. When the service person came he found the wiring on a new board my brother had bought to be wrong. He also found the transformer to be burned out. At first he claimed the new board was defective and claimed I would need a new board. He then changed me $65 for a salvaged transformer off his truck and hit me with $85 on the service call since he had to change that wire on the board. If you are a DIY that needs help I would call a different company. George Colburn
